Have you tried yoga? If you find the right style of yoga you achieve both the endophin rush during the class and the relaxation that comes at the end of the class. This leaves you feeling re-energised.

Thanks for blogging! Spinning is a grear thing. One day I came across the article (at torrent search ) that inspired me to sport activities! Classes are an hour long and start at 6pm-7pm and are lead by a professional instructor. So swing on by after work to relieve some stress, get a good sweat going and meet some new friends.
